As the General Manager and Co-Founder of Prince Mortgage Team, I lead our award-winning Team with a clear vision: to provide tailored mortgage solutions that empower individuals and families to achieve long-term financial independence. With over a decade of experience in financial services, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and compassionate leadership to the mortgage industry.
In 2025, I proudly completed my Executive MBA at the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management, further deepening my ability to lead teams, innovate, and drive sustainable business growth. That same year, I was honoured to be named one of Ottawa’s Forty Under 40, a recognition of my professional accomplishments and dedication to community impact.
My passion for giving back led to the creation of the Rudhro Prince Hope Foundation, named in memory of my beloved son who passed away from a severe asthma attack at the age of eight. Through the foundation, we have raised over $100,000 for organizations such as Asthma Canada, CHEO, and local schools. One of our proudest legacies is the Rudhro Prince Friendship Award, presented annually at 72 Catholic schools across Ottawa. Each recipient receives a $100 bursary to donate to a charity of their choice, fostering a new generation of compassionate leaders.
In addition to organizing the annual Rudhro Prince Memorial Walk, I continue to advocate for stronger asthma care and awareness through partnerships with national organizations and policy leaders. I also serve as a Community Representative on the School Council, championing initiatives that support student wellness, inclusivity, and community connection.
At Prince Mortgage Team, I am proud to lead with both purpose and professionalism—helping clients, mentoring agents, and building a business grounded in trust, integrity, and heart.
